Three steps and the club is up

Subscribe
Pick monthly or yearly and pay by card, PSE or Efecty through Mercado Pago. Your licence key arrives by email.

Install and activate
Upload the plugin and the theme to your WordPress and paste the key. The site builds itself: pages, menu and sections.

Add your players — or import them from a spreadsheet — and from day one you can see who's paid up and who isn't.

- No automatic charges It's one payment a year, not a subscription that debits itself. We write to you a month before it expires and you decide.
- The domain is in your name We configure it, but your club is the registrant. It's your identity, not ours.

Questions
What everyone asks before deciding
Your site isn't deleted or shut down: the information stays on your server and the club's public website stays online. What stops are the updates and access to the admin screens. Reactivate the licence and you're back in with everything exactly as you left it.
Yes. It's in your own WordPress database. Player, payment and receivables lists download as CSV from each screen, and you can always take a full backup of the site.
If your site runs on WordPress, yes: install just the plugin and keep your current design. The FutbolSmart theme is optional and is what brings the ready-made club website. If your site is on another platform, you'll need a WordPress for the system.
None from the licence: we don't charge per player and we don't block records. The real ceiling is your hosting, same as any WordPress site. A normal shared plan carries several hundred players comfortably; if you're going past that, talk to us and we'll tell you what you need. File import processes up to 500 rows per batch, so you have time to check the report before confirming.
The club's management, and each coach only for the teams they're assigned to. Parents only reach their own child's record. The public site shows name, photo, position and shirt number; ID numbers, health cover and contact details never leave the system.
Yes. Write to us, we'll build the site and credit the days left on the licence you already paid for. It works the other way too: if you later want to move the site to your own hosting, we hand you the full backup and your licence carries on.
Hosting with an up-to-date WordPress, PHP 8.1 or later and MySQL with InnoDB. That's what any normal shared plan offers. If you don't have hosting yet, we can sort it out before you buy.
